FULFILLMENT POLICIES

Refund Policy: Unused lineal stock, frame packs, and hardware in their original packaging may be returned for a partial refund.  (Percentage of refund will be withheld for shipping costs and the cost of your return shipping will not be reimbursed). Custom frames cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy: We ship approximately 5 business days from order date via UPS or USPS.   We ship to all 50 US States as well as Canada.  Orders take approximately 7 days to arrive in the USA and 14+ days in Canada.  All frame stock is inclusive of shipping costs for half of the USA, a nominal shipping charge is added (if it applies you will see this when you enter your shipping address) for the remaining USA.  Shipping to Canada: your initial order will not be inclusive of the shipping charges.  You will receive an email for the shipping charge which must be approved by you prior to your order being processed.  If you choose not to move forward at that time your order will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: We can only cancel and refund your order if you notify us immediately upon placing your order.
